Jeremy Mayfield
Jeremy Mayfield drives race cars, or, well, he used to. He hasn’t driven a stock car in NASCAR’s greatest circuit since May 2009 when he failed a drug test at Richmond International Raceway. Unknown to most, Jeremy paved the way for the NFL guys when he claimed Adderall and over-the-counter cold medications caused the failed drug test. Since then, he’s been suspended indefinitely from NASCAR and has been fighting losing legal battles stemming from a November 2011 arrest for meth when police searched his house on a tip that it contained stolen goods. The fuzz found meth, dozens of firearms, and over $100,000 in stolen property (heavy machinery, scrap metal, welders, etc.). Jeremy has since been charged with felonies for possession of stolen goods and larceny. Now that Jeremy and his wife have lost all of their money losing their legal battles, they’d really like to get him back in a car in the Sprint Cup Series. The problem, though, seems to be Jeremy hasn’t completed NASCAR requirem...
