Rockies aim to protect LeMahieu's batting title

Rockies second baseman DJ LeMahieu went into Tuesday's opener of three games against the Giants with a .350 average, three points ahead of the Nationals' Daniel Murphy. End of season post-mortem: 2016 Colorado Rockies

As the trade deadline approached this past summer, the Colorado Rockies didn’t sell off any of their superstar players. Why? Because they thought they were contenders. And they were serious. Raimel Tapia’s bat has carried him to the majors

Coming into the 2016 season, there were a handful of mixed opinions on what type of player Raimel Tapia could be.
