The Milwaukee Bucks are expected to reveal a new color scheme for their jerseys on Wednesday.
The current color scheme of forest green, red, silver and white has been in effect since the 2006-'07 season, when it replaced a purple and green theme.
The purple theme was introduced by Mike Dunleavy Sr. in 2001.
Boom, DropHere's the combined numbers from Ish Smith and Isaiah Canaan, AKA a career NBA vagabond and a guy the team got for very little: 12 for 29 from the field, 4 for 10 from three point range, 7 for 7 from the line, 35 points, 4 boards, 6 assists, 3 turnovers and 4 steals. Admittedly, in an overtime loss to the Lakers, which might be the worst defensive team in the league, but...

The Milwaukee Bucks are down two points with 10.8 seconds left in the game when point guard Jerryd Bayless wins a jump ball against Miami Heat forward Michael Beasley. 23 year old Khris Middleton retrieves the ball and quickly feeds Bayless in the top corner of the perimeter, where he cuts to the lane for a contested right handed lay-up. With 1.8 seconds left, Bucks center Zaza...
As the Milwaukee Bucks look forward to the playoffs, that means it will be the first time that we will get to see Giannis Antetokounmpo play in the pressure of the playoffs.
Tonight, the Bucks hosted the Western Conference-leading Golden State Warriors and in the first half of play, Milwaukee’s Tyler Ennis was able to find Giannis for the alley-oop jam:
Sadly for the Bucks, the...
The best coaches in sports at any level are the ones who can teach and unite their teams to play beyond their capabilities. The best coaches are the ones who can inspire their players and bring out the best in them in good and bad times. Coaches often grow with their players, but when athletes get to the professional level, many coaches seem to have less influence on their players...
Ersan Ilyasova has kind of been the forgotten man in Milwaukee, with guys like Giannis Antetokounnmpo, Jabari Parker (now out for the season), and even Brandon Knight (when he was still there) grabbing all the highlights and headlines. But it was all about Ilyasova in their 111-107 win over the Indiana Pacers.
Ersan went 12 for 14 on Thursday night, on his way to a career-high 34...
In the one game on the schedule, Milwaukee Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova shined dropping a career-high 34 points in a 111-107 win over the Pacers.
“He was cooking,” Bucks coach Jason Kidd said of Ilyasova. “He was aggressive. He took open shots. He just didn’t settle. He also put the ball on the floor. Everything he shot pretty much went in.
“He’s moving as well as I’ve...

This lob attempt by the Bucks’ Michael Carter-Williams should be shown at each and every basketball camp to demonstrate how not to toss lobs.
Against the Heat, MCW saw a streaking Jerryd Bayless heading right to the rim across the baseline and threw up the lob for what would have been one great alley-oop dunk.
Instead, MCW’s pass sailed way over Bayless’ head and even hit the...

The Milwaukee Bucks were hosting the Miami Heat on Tuesday night when Michael Carter-Williams saw a golden opportunity for an easy assist. Unfortunately, the Bucks guard apparently thought that the basket was approximately fifteen feet high as he promptly fired the ball off the very top of the backboard. Either that, or MCW mistook Jerryd

A 3pm Sunday game that is not on national television is a bit of a rarity in the NBA. So, it’s no surprise that the Cavaliers came out a little bit flat against a Central Division foe. The Bucks shot 61% in the first half, but the Cavaliers used a late third-quarter charge and rode a bit of an unconventional fourth quarter lineup to a 108-90 win in the Bradley Center.
As long as you can get past the borderline dire basketball, the race for the last two playoff spots in the Eastern Conference is turning out to be pretty exciting. Following Tuesday’s action, the Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat, Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets were all within a half game of each other in the standings, with the Brooklyn Nets lurking a couple games back.
Milwaukee Bucks center Larry Sanders, who walked away from the NBA to get his personal life in order, will collect $13.3 million as part of his buyout agreement.
“League sources claim the Bucks will use every year they are allotted under the NBA's ‘stretch provision,’” according to Gery Woelfel of the Journal Times. “And that means the Bucks will pay Sanders in annual...

But just how much does he dislike the Musketeers? Martin posted the below graphic just hours before...
