Justin Allgaier has been named to drive the No . 51 Phoenix Racing BRANDT Chevrolet SS during the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.
Allgaier, 27, finished fifth in the Nationwide Series point standings in 2013 and will be joined by teammate Bobby Labonte, who will be driving the No. 52 for a limited amount of races this season, including the Daytona 500.
Harry Scott has purchased Phoenix Racing and will give Justin Allgaier three starts in the No. 51 car to close out the 2013 season.
Scott says he has a driver in mind for the remaining seven races but did not comment who it could be.
