Predators sign forward Miikka Salomaki to 2-year contract

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Nashville Predators have signed forward Miikka Salomaki (MEE-kah SA-loh-MA-kee) to a two-year, $1.225 million contract. The Predators announced the deal Tuesday. Salomaki, who turns 23 on March 9, will earn $575,000 in 2016-17 and $650,000 in 2017-18. He has seven points (four goals, three assists) in 45 games this season and has played in 46 career...
