Ducks' Dany Heatley out at least one week with groin injury

The Anaheim Ducks announced on Monday that veteran winger Dany Heatley will miss at least one week with a groin injury. Heatley's setback is the latest in a spate of lower-body issues to strike multiple teams during training camp and the exhibition schedule.
