The No. 95 Ford of Leavine Family Racing have run with the theme of “surrender the sponsor” in recent weeks. On Saturday night the car driven by Scott Speed will carry the name and colors of TrackingPoint.
TrackingPoint is a company based out of Austin, TX which created the first Precision Guided Firearm which allows users to hit moving targets at extended rangers.
Scott Speed and Leavine Family Racing is hoping to attract would-be sponsors of the No. 95 Ford Fusion with a skull and cross bones.
Speed will compete in the Koblat Tools 400 in a car which the team hopes will help “Surrender the Sponsor” and provided needed cash for the race team.
The idea was thought of by Speed and the team will be selling t-shirts this weekend at the racetrack...
The No. 95 Ford of Leavine Family Racing driven by Scott Speed will attempt 24 events during the 2013 season according to a recent posting on the teams facebook page. Last season the team qualified for 15 of the 16 events they attempted.
Included on the teams race schedule is the Daytona 500 and the NASCAR All-Star weekend. You can view the schedule below.
