Frank Kimmel ended the 2013 ARCA season with a win. Already having claimed his 10th ARCA Racing Series title , Kimmel won the rain shortened Kansas Lottery 98.9 giving him his 80th career win.
The win breaks a tie with Iggy Katona on the all-time wins list.
Kimmel, 51, won four races this season.
