Darrell (Darrell Waltrip) Wallace (Rusty Wallace) Jr. (Junior Johnson), but Darrell Wallace Jr. is going to be much more than a cool name — he is a talented young driver on the rise. According to Jim Utter’s Lucky Dog Blog, Wallace has landed his first full-time ride in one of NASCAR’s National Series. Wallace will run full-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for Kyle Busch Motorsports, and in doing so he will become the first African American driver to run a full-season since Bill Lester’s final full truck season in 2006. However don’t expect Wallace to simply be happy with making the field.
