Here’s the video of seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong finally admitting to doping to win each of those seven grueling cycling races. He made his confession to Oprah Winfrey Thursday night. Armstrong said he didn't believe that it was possible to win seven titles between 1999 and 2005 without using drugs “in that culture.”
