TCU Horned Frogs Prepare for Spring Game

The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs began spring practices on March 23 in preparation for this Saturday’s spring game in Amon G. Carter Stadium.

Kickoff for this year’s spring game will be at 2 p.m. with gate 1 on the west side of the stadium and gates 6, 8, and 10 on the east side opening up at 1 p.m. for spectators.

The Horned Frogs are coming off a disappointing season following their run to the National Championship game in 2022, finishing the 2023 season with a record of just 5-7 and missing out on the opportunity to play in a bowl game.

A total of 20 players are currently set to transfer into TCU and join the Horned Frogs during the 2024 season, with many of these players expected to make an immediate impact once the season begins.

• Drake Dabney, tight end, Baylor University

• Braylon James, wide receiver, University of Notre Dame

• Remington Strickland, interior offensive line, Texas A&M University
