Manny Pacquiao Looks To Box Again This November Per Promoter Bob Arum

It looks like Manny Pacquiao’s retirement from boxing will be short lived. According to Top Rank Boxing founder and CEO Bob Arum, Pacquiao is hoping to return to the ring this November.
