The roster of All Elite Wrestling continues to grow, as Nigel McGuinness has joined the company.
In a tweet on April 5, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced that Nigel McGuinness has signed with the company, as he is “All Elite.” McGuiness appeared at ROH Supercard of Honor on March 31, where he joined the commentary team for the majority of the show.

McGuinness previously spent several years with WWE; after he started working for the company in 2016, he was a commentator on NXT, NXT UK, 205 Live, and Main Event at different points. He was released in October 2022, shortly after WWE announced that NXT UK would be going on hiatus ahead of the launch of NXT Europe.
As a wrestler, McGuinness had a successful career; he won the ROH World Championship and the ROH Pure Championship during his time with Ring of Honor. He also had a run with TNA. McGuinness retired due to medial issues in 2011.
