MLW Reload notes: Satoshi Kojima vs. Sami Callihan, Matt Riddle in action

MLW Reload was posted to the promotion's official YouTube on Saturday. 

The event was taped on January 6 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on the night MLW also presented Kings of Colosseum from the same venue. 

MLW Reload results and notes:

• "Sessions by St. Laurent" segment with guest Alex Kane
• MSL proposed to Kane that WTF and The Bomaye Fight Club merge.
• Kane turned him down and said Bomaye is for the people. MSL was not pleased. 
• Zayda w/MSL defeated Notorious Mimi
• Mimi got caught going to the top rope, leading to Zayda beating her with the "I'm-Prettier" (Unprettier/Killswitch, etc.)
• After the match, Zayda was interviewed ringside. She said Court Bauer needs to do a better job and that he just gives all his favorites title shots. Zayda insinuated she wants a title shot and MSL told her they would talk in the back.
• A vignette for Mistico aired
• Good Brother #3 defeated Steph De Lander
• There was a lot of silliness here that eventually led to the masked Mance Warner (allegedly) proposing to De Lander. He didn't have a ring so presented her with a can of beer instead. 
• When De Lander went in for a kiss, Good Brother #3 poked her in the eye, rolled her up for a pin, and got the three count. 
• Ichiban defeated Jimmy Lloyd
• Salina de la Renta and Jesus Rodriguez came out during the match. After his win, Ichiban motioned that he wants a title shot at Rocky Romero for the middleweight title. Salina accepted his challenge before leaving the commentary table. 
• Nao Kakuta defeated Moka Miyamoto
• Love, Doug came out after the match and revealed that he has been a secret admirer of Miyamoto for a long time. He asked her out to dinner and she accepted. 
• A backstage segment airs featuring Zayda and Brett Ryan Gossellin discovering they have the same taste in perfume and bonding over it. They decided to go shopping. 
• Delmi Exo defeated Tiara James
• After the match, Exo called out featherweight champion Janai Kai, which brought her and De La Renta out. 
• Kai said Exo can choose, left leg: shorten her career, or right leg: end it right here, right now. That might have been a bit of a nod to Mirko Cro Crop's right leg hospital, left leg cemetery line. 
• Zayda and MSL then came out and cut a promo on Kai and Salina. This led to a pull apart with MSL holding Zayda back and Exo attacking Kai. It looks like a possible triple threat for Kai's title is brewing. 
• As Exo was exiting the ring area, her path was blocked by two masked Azteca henchmen. The men handed her a key and a cell phone before she walked to the back. 
• Matt Riddle & Alex Kane defeated WTF's Tom Lawlor & Joshua Bishop
• After the match, the commentary team suggested we could see Kane vs. Riddle wrestle for the MLW title at some point, but right now they have a common enemy in WTF.
• Satoshi Kojima defeated Sami Callihan
• After the match, Kojima spoke fondly of bread.
• Kane said he's going to send a message to NJPW by defeating Kojima at Superfight
