Lady Frost requests release from Impact Wrestling

Lady Frost has requested to be let go from her Impact Wrestling contract.

In a tweet on Thursday night, Frost revealed that she's requested to be released from Impact Wrestling. She thanked the Impact fans, staff, and locker room, along with Scott D'Amore and Gail Kim for the opportunities she was given.

"I have officially asked for my release from @IMPACTWRESTLING," Frost wrote. "I want to thank the incredible fans, staff, and locker room, as well as @ScottDAmore and @gailkimITSME for the opportunities given to me. Thank you for a great experience."

The request comes seven months after it was revealed that Frost had signed with Impact.

Frost most recently wrestled for Impact at the promotion's Multiverse of Matches event during WrestleMania week this April, teaming with Gisele Shaw in a four-way match where they unsuccessfully challenged for the Knockouts Tag Team titles.

Frost was mentioned on Impact last night during a backstage segment with Shaw and Alisha Edwards.

Frost has wrestled for the NWA in the past and has also made a couple of appearances on AEW Dark.
