Hiromu Takahashi will remain with New Japan Pro Wrestling for the foreseeable future.
Tokyo Sport's Yusuke Okamoto reports that Takahashi signed a contract at NJPW offices on Monday. Okamoto attempted to get a word with the six-time IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion as he left the building, but Takahashi would only offer a quick confirmation of today's news.
A translation of Okamoto's post reads:
[Breaking news] Hiromu Takahashi, whose contract was renewed today, quickly left the office without responding to any interviews from the waiting press (I was the only one). That’s all from the scene… Ah! wait a minute! This is LINE from Hiromu-chan! “I signed a contract ” It's a contract! Hiromu Takahashi is under contract! That's all from the scene!
