Michael Phelps is dating a model

Michael Phelps has wasted no time finding a new girlfriend after reportedly breaking up with Megan Rosse at the end of last year. His new girlfriend, a 22-year-old model and waitress named Sarah Herndon, opened up about her relationship with Phelps in a recent interview with the Daily Mail. Herndon says she met the 18-time Olympic gold medalist just before Christmas while on a family trip to Cabo San Lucas. The timeline of the story makes perfect sense, since that’s right around the time we heard Phelps broke things off with Rosse. The Olympic legend supposedly spotted Herndon at a club with her sisters and invited them to join his party. Herndon says she later joined Phelps on a lobster fishing trip and that’s when they hit it off. “We were holding hands and he was putting his arm around me when I was cold, he’s really caring and affectionate,” she told the Daily Mail. “He would kiss me in front of his friends – you could tell he was happy to have me there. He was treating me like I was his girl.” She added that Phelps really won her over when he picked up a lobster and joked with it by saying, “You know I live in the water too!” Isn’t that adorable? Herndon said Phelps flew her back to Baltimore on his private jet after the vacation ended where he showed her around a bit and took her to see “Zero Dark Thirty.” He later invited her to join him in cheering on his Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl in New Orleans, but she had already made other plans. While Herndon was hesitant to classify herself and Phelps as an official couple, she was not shy in gushing about how into him she is. “Michael’s a good kisser,” she said. “He’s very cuddly and kissy, which is cute. He’s charming and a gentleman. He’s got like a confident side to him to that makes you want more. But he’s very sweet at the same time. “Michael’s body is obviously great, I mean he’s an athlete. He’s got a great sculpted body. He’s obviously been a swimmer like forever. There’s not really much bad you can say about it.” Don’t expect Phelps to divulge as many details about their relationship at Herndon has, but it’s obvious the two have at least shared some fun times together. The fact that Phelps went from a girl that looks like this to someone like Herndon reminds us of just how much he seems to be enjoying life.
