Chelsea haven’t played over the weekend due to having no fixtures, but they are about to play the biggest game of their season so far this week.

The Blues face Middlesbrough in the Carabao Cup semi final, and they are already 1-0 down in this tie from the first leg.

But luckily for Chelsea, this game is played over two legs and they still have 90 minutes on Tuesday night to try and put it right.

It will be far from easy though, just as their opponents proved in the first game, they can be very tough to beat.

Manager Michael Carrick had them setup very well and once they got the goal on the counter attack, they very much setup to contain the game, and that is what they will be doing on Tuesday night.

Carrick will have Marcus Forss back and available for the game after injury, and Forss is hopeful that his team can get a result this week.

“It means everything,” he admitted when speaking about the game. “We take it one game at a time, but it’s a huge game. We really look forward to it; I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully we can get a result. Now we turn our heads to that game but we can’t get carried away – there is not so much [a buzz around the place]. I’m looking forward to it but it’s been a long road so I’m just enjoying every moment on the pitch.”
