Former Arsenal winger Theo Walcott says they're now proving their title credentials.
Walcott insists Sunday's defeat of Manchester City can be a watershed moment for the team.
He told the BBC: "They broke the pattern [finally win versus City]. They last won when I was playing.
"Why can't they? I believe they have all the attributes to succeed.
"They obviously have the hurdle this time of playing midweek in the Champions League, which will take a toll on the squad, but you have got to believe.
"The experience they had last year, there is now a bit of extra fight in them.
"Everyone has improved this year, Arsenal have improved massively."
