Tomasson tries again to quit Blackburn

Blackburn Rovers manager Jon Dahl Tomasson attempted to negotiate his departure from the club on Wednesday.

The former Danish international is furious at the club's inability to make signings.

Tomasson wanted to sign Duncan McGuire, but the move did not go through on time.

Per The Mirror, he offered to go at the end of the summer transfer window and this time around as well.

However, the club's owners, the Venky's, were not prepared to let Tomasson walk away.

They are demanding that he pay compensation if he quits his job before his deal runs out.
