Fenerbahce remain interested in signing Rade Krunic from AC Milan and they could leverage the Rossoneri’s interest in one of their own players, a report claims.

According to Sporx, Fenerbahce have not given up on the idea of signing Krunic after they tried to get him during the summer transfer window. Contacts with his entourage remained open and negotiations with Milan should soon resume.

Krunic’s close friend and compatriot Edin Dzeko could be the key to the outcome, because the former Inter striker has spoken to Krunic about Fenerbahce and life in Turkey.

Now, the former Empoli midfielder is open to the opportunity after he rejected the possibility during the summer window, and there could be another card that Fenerbahce play in their favour.

The Istanbul-based club could decide to include full-back Ferdi Kadioglu in the deal because they know that Milan are keen on the versatile defender, but there is no mention of any cash adjustment.
