Real Madrid Veteran Believes PSG Superstar Fits Club’s Philosophy

Kylian Mbappé has not yet revealed his future club. Nonetheless, the players on the Real Madrid squad cannot escape the questions regarding the Frenchman’s decision. The latest to answer a question is midfielder Toni Kroos.

Germany beat France 2-0 on Saturday in a friendly. After the match, Kroos couldn’t avoid a question about the 25-year-old. Nonetheless, the veteran midfielder did respond with his remarks, noting that the Paris Saint-Germain star is a player that Real Madrid desires.

“Kylian Mbappé? We always want the best players to be at Real Madrid, and he is one of them, but I don’t know his decision,” Kroos said.

While Kroos’s response was neutral, Aurélien Tchouaméni didn’t sound happy when asked about Mbappé’s future. Now, the midfielder was coming off a loss with French, so asking these questions in a postgame setting probably isn’t ideal.

Regardless, it seems as though the players on the Spanish team might be getting annoyed or, at the very least, digging into the cliche comments when the media asks them about the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.
