Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz insists their Champions League quarterfinal against Manchester City remains wide open.

City will host the second-leg after last night's 3-3 draw.

Former City midfielder Diaz said: "It was a very good match for the fans and for football, but we wanted to win. It wasn't possible, but it's everything is open for Manchester.

"We didn't close it, after that City were very good at getting back up but at the Bernabeu we play until the end. Now there's a very important match in Manchester.

"This is the result, so it's fair, even if we could have scored more goals in the first half."
