Reading set to seal Walcott signing

Reading are set to seal the signing of Theo Walcott as a free agent this week.

The former Southampton and Arsenal star has been out of contract after his deal with the Saints ended.

Walcott, who has been training with the League One club, will be reunited with Ruben Selles.

Having managed him at the Saints last term, Selles knows what he will get from Walcott.

He believes the 34-year-old winger still has what it takes to shine in the sport.

Reading Today states that Walcott will likely sign a one-year deal for the coming campaign.
