Man Utd, Man City in Atlanta contact for Thiago Almada

Manchester United and Manchester City are interested in Atlanta United midfielder Thiago Almada.

The Argentina international has seen enquiries lodged with his MLS team from both Manchester giants.

Argentinian journalist Bruno Gonzalez Garcia has revealed United and City are now in contact with Atlanta for the 22 year-old.

Almada has eight goals and nine assists in 18 games in MLS this season.

The player, who scored one goal in four international matches, has a contract through to the 2025 season.
