Man Utd hit by unexpected Garnacho injury blow

Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho's injury could keep him out for the international break.

The young winger suffered a blow to his ankle after a Kyle Walker-Peters tackle in their Premier League clash against Southampton.

While Garnacho eventually played on during the game, he did leave the stadium on crutches.

Now, according to TyC Sports, the injury is worse than the club had feared.

Garnacho will be absent for at least a few weeks if this report is to be believed.
