Luton boss Edwards: Townsend? Impeccable training and attitude

Luton Town boss Rob Edwards is delighted counting on Andros Townsend.

The former Everton winger was signed to January last week.

Ahead of their trip to Nottingham Forest tomorrow, Edwards said: "Quality, really good footballer, brilliant person, experience at this level, professionalism, brilliant around the place, impeccable training and attitude.

"He brings a lot of qualities, but we have to make sure we get things right. He's naturally fit and looks after himself, but there is a difference between fit and match fit. I hope he can make a real impact.

"The squad are learning themselves. Having another person around with his experience does help, no doubt about it. We've got a few in the group who have been there done it and know what it's about. Real positive."
