Kylian Mbappe scored the 250th goal of his club career as Paris Saint-Germain won 3-2 at Brest in Ligue 1 on Sunday.

A long-range strike from Warren Zaire-Emery fired PSG ahead before Mbappe made it 2-0 from a rapid counter-attack.

That was Mbappe's 250th club goal, coming in his 332nd senior game for Monaco or PSG.

Mbappe would increase that tally to 251 goals before Sunday's game was over, but only after Steve Mounie and Jeremy Le Douaron had netted to draw Brest level at 2-2.

PSG's winning goal came from a penalty, albeit not directly.

The spot-kick was awarded in the 86th minute for a foul by Lilian Brassier on Randal Kolo Muani.

Mbappe stepped up confidently but his initial effort was saved by Brest keeper Marco Bizot.

However, Mbappe then dispatched the rebound to secure all three points for PSG.

Sunday's win saw PSG climb to second place in the Ligue 1 table with 21 points from 10 games.

Nice sit top with 22 points.
