Italy will play their third consecutive semifinal, aiming to reach the final and win the trophy for the first time. In the quarterfinals, the European team defeated Colombia 3-1 and England 2-1 in the round of 16. The Azzurra has Cesare Casadei in their squad, the tournament’s key player and top scorer with six goals.
