After selling Aleksandar Mitrovic to Al-Hilal, the Cottagers are seeking to sign a replacement.
And TMW says they've quickly settled on young Nigerian Orban.
A first offer is set to be tabled by Fulham knowing Tottenham are also keen.
Orban has scored six goals in his first six games of the new season. Last term, he struck 22 times in 20 games.
