We might not currently be in a transfer window right now, but that doesn’t stop Chelsea from making offers for new players.

Even though they have spent close to £1billion on new players across the last three transfer windows since they arrived, the new owners are always seeking out opportunities to bring in a new players and will continue to do so.

Especially younger players as they look ahead to their multi-club model and bringing more clubs on board. They seemingly want a host of young players to be able to scatter around their owned clubs, just like they have done with Angelo Gabriel and Strasbourg this season.

And it is another Brazilian who they have had an offer rejected for.

According to journalist Jorge Nicola, Brazilian team Palmeiras have rejected €35m bids from Bayern Munich and Chelsea for 17-year old attacking midfielder Luis Guilherme. The Brazilian club is holding out for bigger offers.
