Brentford defender Ben Mee was impressed by Newcastle United for last night's win against PSG.
Newcastle thumped their Champions League opponents 4-1 at St James' Park.
Mee said on BBC Radio: "I think they [PSG] were shell-shocked from the first five minutes, I think they had a decent start but from then on they looked shell-shocked.
"They probably came here thinking they can play the football and the manager putting out an attacking side and probably not realising the quality that the Newcastle side possesses as well as the hard work and the togetherness that they've become known for in the past couple of years.
"That mixed with the crowd, the hostile environment created and the energy that was sort of passed on to players. That little mix there has caused a really tough night for them."
