Augsburg and Tottenham are set to terminate the loan of Japhet Tanganga.

The defender has been on a season-long loan at Augsburg, but has struggled with a knee injury.

TMWs says there's now a discussion about ending the loan early this week.

The deal includes a permanent option, but it appears FCA are now prepared to move on.

Tanganga has a deal with Spurs to 2025.
