Arsenal makes a decision on Smith Rowe’s future

Despite facing difficulties and limited playing time in the previous campaign, Arsenal has made the decision not to sell midfielder, Emile Smith Rowe, this summer.

Smith Rowe encountered injury setbacks that hindered his participation on the field, resulting in minimal appearances. During his absence, Arsenal came close to achieving success in the league, leading to plans for bolstering their midfield options with new signings at the end of this season.

While the Gunners could potentially manage without Smith Rowe if they acquire new players, they still value him as a contributor to their team. According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal has no intention of allowing the former RB Leipzig loanee to depart from the Emirates.

Instead, the club holds optimism that Smith Rowe will regain full fitness during the summer and subsequently assume a significant role as a key member of the first-team squad in the upcoming season.

Just Arsenal Opinion

Injuries were a big problem for Smith Rowe in this campaign and denied him the chance to make a meaningful impact.

However, the Englishman is still very young and we expect him to continue developing his talents until he becomes one of the best players in his position in the league.

If we sell him now, he may reach his full potential at another club and we could be left red-faced by the progress he makes as a player.
