Al Ahli opening talks with Man City attacker Riyad Mahrez

Al Ahli are moving for Manchester City attacker Riyad Mahrez.

The Algeria international, 32, is set to enter contract talks with the Saudis.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports: "Saudi side Al-Ahli interest in Riyad Mahrez, confirmed and concrete as they want to sign Algerian star - but Manchester City have not been approached yet at this stage.

"Man City would require a consistent fee for Mahrez, no chance to let him leave for free."

Al Ahli directors are in England today for talks with Mahrez.
