Former Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has revealed that he would celebrate scoring a goal against his former club without any hesitations.

The former England international once celebrated scoring a goal for Southampton against Arsenal and the 33-year-old was asked by Talksport host Andy Goldstein whether he would celebrate scoring a goal for Tottenham.

Walcott interrupted the Talksport presenter and revealed that no amount of money could convince him to join Tottenham.

“I’m going to stop you right there,” he told talkSPORT.

“No, I’m not doing that. Not at all, no chance. You wouldn’t even see me with a Tottenham Hotspur shirt on,” he added.

It is understandable why the 33-year-old is not interested in a move to Spurs. Walcott spent 12 years at Arsenal and given the bitter rivalry between the two clubs, it is natural that former England international does not wish to sour his relationship with the Arsenal fans by pulling on a Tottenham shirt in the near future.

Meanwhile, this has been a difficult season for Theo Walcott who has struggled to hold down a regular starting berth for the South Coast club.

Walcott has played a total of 187 minutes for the Southampton first team across all competitions this season and he is yet to find the back of the net for them.

It Is clear that he is no longer a key player for the Saints and it will be interesting to see if he can secure a move away from Southampton at the end of the season. His contract with the South Coast club will be up in June add he will be able to move on as a free agent.
