The groundbreaking new venture Domus Artium Reserve—brings together royalty from the world of top chefs and winemaking minds—launches today with the establishment of exclusive wine offerings and boundary-pushing new bottlings. Multi-award winning chefs Thomas Keller, Yannick Alléno, Carlo Cracco and master wine-makers Michel Rolland and Riccardo Cotarella, together with wine critic Antonio Galloni celebrated the launch at the legendary Ristorante Cracco in Milan, began with two major wine announcements:

It was revealed that Chef Keller and oenological legend Michel Rolland are collaborating on a debut offering, a French Bordeaux blend, which will be made available later this year in a limited first run to be sold in Keller’s world-famous restaurants including Per Se and The French Laundry as well as via an exclusive waitlist.

In very exciting boundary-pushing news, Michel Rolland and Riccardo Cotarella have announced they have partnered to create the world’s first 50/50 French-Italian wine, Four Hands. Rolland has a hang in the world wine blend, Pangea. This news is sure to pique the interest of consumers and wine professionals all over the world.

The event, also attended by renowned sommelier Tony Sasa and club managing director Gregory Salinger, celebrated the news that Domus Artium Reserve membership inquiries are now being accepted.
