The Tennessee Titans improved to 4-2 on the campaign via a thrilling 34-31 "Monday Night Football" victory over the Buffalo Bills that included left tackle Taylor Lewan being carted off the field in the second quarter. The frightening scene followed several scary minutes of Lewan requiring medical attention after his head appeared to collide with an opponent on a red-zone run play.
Lewan ultimately offered a thumbs-up before he was transported into the tunnel, and ESPN's Turron Davenport later noted the three-time Pro Bowl selection had movement in all of his extremities and was in the NFL's concussion protocol.

Lewan took to Twitter Tuesday to offer an update on his condition:
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers, I’m alright. #NoBadDays

According to Myles Simmons of Pro Football Talk, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters he saw Lewan on Tuesday morning.
"I would say all signs lead to him being in the concussion protocol," Vrabel said of the 30-year-old. "I’d say he’s doing as well as he could be."
Kendall Lamm replaced Lewan on Monday night and largely impressed.
The Ryan Tannehill-Derrick Henry Read Option in short yardage is truly undefeated.

Watch Tannehill read the mesh point, wait for Addison to declare on Henry then pull the ball & get downhill.
GREAT block by Kendall Lamm on Edmunds on his very first play of the game!! #Titans pic.twitter.com/Yow9rOTrmE

Look at this kick out block from Lamm on Henry's 2nd TD. Already made the key block on the TanneTD.
Also, Saffold is a beast. Such a tough reach block to cross the face of the DT. He is special. #Titans
Oh, and of course Henry fights through the contact. pic.twitter.com/c8fAWlO2Zv
KENDALL LAMM WAS 3 FOR 3!!!!

All three TD runs that occurred when he was in went right off his backside!! Great kick out by Lamm/Saffold, Jones again with the nasty reach.
AJ DEMOLISHES HIS MAN!! MJ with a great block too. #Titans Football on display on MNF!!! pic.twitter.com/CuAYcCgomy
Lewan's status ahead of this coming Sunday's game against the 3-3 Kansas City Chiefs is understandably up in the air, but his tweet is a positive update considering the potentially serious nature of such an injury.
