HOUSTON - New Orleans Saints offensive lineman James Hurst suffered an injury during the second quarter of the contest against Houston in Week 6.  While blocking, a Saints player was on the ground, and the defender pushed Hurst where his knee buckled.

Hurst was able to walk off the field under his power.  The Saints medical staff immediately walked him into the medical tent for further evaluation.

We will provide further details about Hurst as soon as we receive an update from the Saints organization.

New Orleans was trailing Houston 10-7 in the second quarter when the injury occurred.
