Retired tight end Rob Gronkowski is taking San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel's side in this week's feud that he's had with Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons.

During his appearance on the "Up and Adams" podcast Wednesday, the future Hall of Famer said that the Cowboys "aren't for real." Gronkowski added that he believed Dallas "tricked us" with their early-season blowout victories against inferior opponents that have "absolutely no offense right now" in the New York Giants, New York Jets and New England Patriots.
The Niners meanwhile, in the five-time Pro Bowler's mind, are the best team in football.
The Parsons-Samuel back-and-forth stems from when San Francisco tight end George Kittle revealed his profane t-shirt, calling out the Cowboys, following one of his three touchdowns during the 49ers' blowout 42-10 home win in Week 5 on "Sunday Night Football."
In response, the Dallas star defender said on Monday "laugh now, cry later" and added that Kittle's move made things "personal."
While talking with Kay Adams on "Up and Adams" Tuesday, San Francisco's dual threat said "it was already personal" and "42-10, I don't think you want to see us again. It might be a little bit worse."
The Cowboys get another chance to pick up a marquee win in prime time when they take on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 6 at 8:15 p.m. ET on "Monday Night Football" at SoFi Stadium. The 49ers look to remain undefeated when they face the Cleveland Browns at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.
