Lamar Jackson 'ticked off' after Week 3 loss to Colts

More games are lost in the NFL than won and the Ravens certainly lost their Week 3 matchup against the Colts. QB Lamar Jackson was not shy in holding back his feelings following the 22-19 loss.

"We had plenty of opportunities to put the game away, especially when our defense did a great job of stopping those guys," Jackson told reporters after the game. "That ticked me off. It ticks all of us off. We like to finish the job. The defense did great today."

Baltimore's struggles on offense began in the first half with four straight drives that ended with fumbles and then had several opportunities to end the game at the end of regulation and overtime but choked.

Linebacker Jadeveon Clowney even thought the defense set up their offense to win the game.

"I thought the game was over," Clowney said. "We put our offense in a position to win the game, or we thought we did. Especially at home, we just want to get away with the win at home. Today, we let one slip away."

The Ravens entered the game with multiple players out once again, including WR Odell Beckham Jr., RB Justice Hill, CB Marlon Humphrey, OT Ronnie Stanley, C Tyler Linderbaum, LB Odafe Oweh and S Marcus Williams.

The team also lost RB Gus Edwards (concussion protocol) and LB David Ojabo (ankle) during the game.

However, Baltimore still had a chance to win and didn't, which has head coach John Harbaugh kicking himself.

"Tough one for us. There were chances to win the game and it didn't happen for us," head coach Harbaugh added. "14 games left in this season and our focus is going to turn very quickly to Cleveland ... do everything we can do to go in there and be the best football team that we can be."

The Ravens must figure things out quickly as they go back on the road to face the Browns, who boast the NFL's best defense, in Week 4.
