Two-time Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray is among a host of Arizona Cardinals players who are reportedly skipping the start of the team's voluntary offseason conditioning program. On one hand, the news comes as no surprise and perhaps shouldn't be a concern for Cardinals fans.
No major additions and no one knows the offense better than Kyler Murray. Same plan for the Cards vets as last offseason. https://t.co/KhZyJ2fBSZ

The report is at the very least newsworthy, though, as it was only last week when it was revealed that Arizona hadn't yet offered Murray a new contract. That came on the heels of February's episode where the quarterback oddly erased his social media accounts of any mention of the Cardinals and also unfollowed the team.
For what it's worth, both Murray and Arizona head coach Kliff Kingsbury indicated in March that things between the two parties were solid.
Murray's rookie contract runs through the 2022 season and carries a fifth-year option for 2023, and he's set to earn slightly more than $5.4 million for next season.
