The Bengals got Joe Burrow back on the field this week as he continues recovering from wrist surgery last November. Burrow is ready to take the next steps in his rehab and continue working with his teammates as he, fortunately,  participates in the full offseason program after noting he's been throwing for about a month.

"I think I'm fully cleared for everything other than contact right now," Burrow said on Tuesday. "That'll come in the next month probably. There's no rush, season doesn't start for a while."

Burrow noted he's feeling good physically.

"I'm in a good spot right now," he said. "I'm really strong, bigger than I was. We're going to continue to eat right, lift, and go through my routine, and see where I'm at."

Cincinnati's roster building is largely complete as they get ready to face a much easier schedule compared to the 2023 gauntlet that Burrow missed most of.

"It's been a tough tough several months, but physically, it's not the worst injury that I've had," Burrow noted. "I've been through much, much tougher things physically and so that's been a positive. I've been able to really lift and continue my offseason program kind of the way that always has been. By the time that came around, I was pretty much able to lift and do everything that I needed to in the weight room and conditioning wise."
