Dolphins corner Byron Jones expects 'big jump' from Tua Tagovailoa in Year 2

The Miami Dolphins are one of the most promising teams heading into next season, having barely missed the playoffs last year despite many expecting them to be among the worst teams in the league. But the team's success will largely ride on the shoulders of Tua Tagovailoa, as he will need to show improvement after a shaky rookie season.

Cornerback Byron Jones told "Good Morning Football" that he was confident that Tagovailoa was going to make a "big jump" in his second season.

"Obviously, he's going into his second year," Jones said of Tagovailoa. "What we saw last year was great from him but we expect a big jump. The kid's been working, I know he's been working. He's been a great kid."

If Jones' prediction turns out to be accurate, it could mean big things for the Dolphins, as they are in a great position to make the postseason for the first time since 2016. Along with a young roster that is filled with talent, Miami also has two first-round picks (including one in the top 10) and one of the best coaches in the league in Brian Flores, who has managed to completely turn the organization's culture around in just a few seasons.
