Colts, Browns Injury Report: 3 Offensive Starters Sit to Start Week
USA TODAY Sports

The Indianapolis Colts are already plenty shorthanded with the recent announcements of Anthony Richardson's season-ending injury and the six-game suspension of Grover Stewart.

The injury report wasn't much more optimistic on Wednesday to kick off the week of practice ahead of their matchup with the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, as three Colts offensive starters and a key special teamer sat out.

COLTS

WEDNESDAY

  • Did Not Participate CB Tony Brown (back), TE Kylen Granson (concussion), WR Alec Pierce (shoulder), OT Braden Smith (hip/wrist)

Granson developed symptoms of a concussion following last Sunday's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and was subsequently placed into the protocol. Pierce left the same game early with his injury, and Smith wasn't able to suit up after getting banged up in the week leading into it. It's still early in the week but all three injuries will be monitored closely.

BROWNS

WEDNESDAY

Cleveland's injury report will be updated when it becomes available.
