Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh is one of the best personalities in football. Returning to the NFL, he has not held back on being demonstrative in his discussions.

Harbaugh continues his offseason of fantastic quotes. He previously compared the beginning of the Chargers' offseason program to the New Year for many other people around the country. Harbaugh believes it is truly a sort of holiday.
