Eager worked for Pro Football Focus prior to SumerSports, a startup in 2022 (that also employs Thomas Dimitroff) aimed at helping NFL teams in player acquisition and roster management.
Eager began at PFF as a consultant in 2015. He has always been analytically minded and will create ample opportunities for the Panthers to see numbers in a completely different way.
