The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the NFL playoffs. The Buccaneers went all 60 minutes without trailing and was in control for the entire game. While the Eagles have been struggling, the Tampa Bay Bucs took advantage and had some big plays.
The Bucs had big plays from some veterans but also some younger guys. In the second half, Trey Palmer exploded for a 56-yard touchdown that helped put the game out of the Eagles' reach. This touchdown run and catch was Palmers' longest TD of his young rookie career.
Another young player who had a career day was TE Cade Otton. Cade Otton had a whopping 8 catches for 89 yards. Baker Mayfield looked Otton's way all game and it paid off. Cade Otton moved the chains many times throughout the game.
The Bucs didn't only get explosive plays from the young guys. 29-year-old WR David Moore exploded for a 44-yard TD catch and showed some crafty run after the catch to get into the end zone.

The Bucs will now travel to Detroit and take on the 3rd seed Lions at 3PM EST on NBC.
