On Thanksgiving, the Cleveland Browns had a couple of important players return to practice after previously being out.
Last week, S Juan Thornhill didn’t play against the Steelers. Today both he and S Grant Delpit (thigh) returned to practice.
Getting Thornhill back against the Denver Broncos in Week 12 would be big with the loss of S Rodney McLeod, who was sent to the season-ending injured reserve with a biceps injury.
Remaining out on Thursday was WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion), LB Anthony Walker (hamstring), and CB Denzel Ward (shoulder). Cleveland very well could be missing all of these players in Denver on Sunday.
Additionally, DE Za’Darius Smith did not practice for the second straight day due to a personal matter. Cleveland designated LB Jordan Kunaszyk to return from IR and he was a full participant on Thursday, as was RT Dawand Jones (knee).
Cleveland’s RG Wyatt Teller (ankle) was a full participant after being limited yesterday. Though it was just rest/ankle, TE David Njoku was able to get back to practice after being limited yesterday as well.
