According to his agent, the Cleveland Browns have signed Michael Dunn to the active roster from the team's practice squad.

Things are a little unclear at the moment because the Browns also signed veteran offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe. The reports of Nsekhe signing happened just prior to the announcement from Dunn's agent.
It could be that Nsekhe is being signed to practice squad and Dunn is going to the 53-man roster. If they are both signing then the Browns would need to make an additional roster move to account for it.
Dunn's original release as part of the initial roster cut came as a bit of a surprise to most. He had played very well during the preseason and the move left the team thin at backup guard on the 53.
Both of these moves are the fallout from losing starting right tackle Jack Conklin for the season. If Nsekhe is only being signed to the practice squad, they can simply call him up for game day as an elevated player without putting him on the roster. That may be a solid strategy as they can spend the next three weeks to evaluate the position and their options.
